We had a good time hodge-podgeing leftover balloons from several old events to give our friend a laugh at his 40th birthday celebration. Some of these are four months old! It’s definitely a testament to how hiring a balloon artist that emphasizes only using quality products makes a huge difference.
PSA: Don’t let this happen to you!Update: I had no idea reels cut off at 90 seconds until someone asked me what the rest of the message was. I don’t understand social media guys. Anyway, the point of the video was to say this: please make sure that you get a Service Agreement or Contract from any service provider you hire. Balloon Artist, Bakery, Venue…you name it. This serves as an additional layer of communication (spelling out service date, times, etc) and can prevent miscommunications such as this.Also, if a service provider asks you to complete their form instead of taking orders over DMs, it is most likely because they are taking an additional step to ensuring they can provide you excellent customer service. These systems help providers keep track of all your event details and communication so your event goes perfectly!
