Saturday and Sunday I will be barbecuing we will be selling dinners. Ribs chicken tri-tip potato salad and greens.

I will be selling plates Friday Saturday and Sunday.
Friday menu $ 10 Fish & chips plates,

Saturday's menu. Teriyaki or fried chicken wings served with fries plate,

Sundays menu. BBQ tri-tip, ribs, chicken and hot links, potato salad and fried cabbage.

Fish is $1 per extra fish

Chicken is $2.25 for three extra pieces

BBQ dinners will be $10.50 for the regular plate $15 for combo there's a $2.50 charge for a slice of cake combo plate comes with cake.

Sunday I will have sweet potato pies for sale.

Next week I will be releasing a sausage menu with prices. I will start taking orders. Thursday all orders will require 25% down payment.

Pork Sausage. 5lbs. $14.00
Fresh garlic sausage. 5lbs. $30.00
sweet Italian sausage. 5lbs. $16.00
Cajun style fire hot sausage. 5lbs. $20.00 boudin sausage. 5lb. blanc $22.00 Cajun $26

All sausage will come in grounded form package.
