Backdrops are a labor of love and have become an absolute necessity for events big and small. Whether you’re stepping into the first day of school, a holiday at church, a grand opening, or any celebration, a backdrop pulls everything together.

But let’s talk about why backdrops vary so much in price. Most clients inquire about the cost of the panel, balloons, neon signs, and other tangible items. But what would you do if we just dropped all those items at your doorstep and left? Would you know how to put them together to create something dreamy?

Yes, inflation is real, and it affects us too. U-Hauls, gas, tolls, and my time all have costs. We share this to provide clarity when clients ask, “What are we getting?” This explanation helps visualize the size and level of detail in your backdrop, reflecting what you’re willing to spend.

The first birthday celebration is all in the details... and let’s be honest, it’s really about the parents!

Our client chose our partial event service, so we took care of the decor and kids’ fun while she handled the cake, cookies, dessert bar, and catering.

She did an amazing job, and I can’t wait to share the professional photos!

I think I can speak for most industry professionals when I say this: ghosting your event planner, balloon stylist, florist, or baker is disrespectful. A simple message like, “I’m sorry, I cannot commit to this right now,” goes a long way.

To address this issue, we’ve updated our booking process. All potential clients will be informed of this change unless they have already been notified.

Time is valuable, and I would rather spend six hours with my children than create a visual quote for someone who doesn’t respond.

Good morning, everyone!

Moving forward, we will only respond to clients who follow our booking process. We’ve been receiving many random inquiries and often end up scrambling to respond, only to be ghosted. To better serve our dedicated clients and potential clients, we will no longer reply to vague “how much” texts, calls, or DMs.
