Thank you, Christina Butler for your comment regarding your our services for your wedding,however you wedding contracts was based on 200 guests, not for 300 + . your wedding starts time was at 5:30 P.M. you all arrived at 1p.m. my staff was over the top polite to each and every guest. as we was not aware of that we would be serving additional100+ GUEST along with the 200. The location of the gazebo at the venue is in a wooded area that we have no control of the smell of the out Doors. I am not sure what you are speaking of that your family had to come in and fixed what was messed up by my staff. Table was set in a basic white linen with flatware, stemware with a blue napkins to hang off the side of the table.
all other decoration was provided by you.
China plates was put out at the buffet area for 200 guest ,your family brought in several pans of food , staform plate's,plastics forks ,spoon and cups.I provided chafing dishes , Serving utensils for the food that was brought in by you all as a Courtesy.Our policy at the venue is to only pour whatever is provided by the client.You all bought in to have served White and Red Wine,two different Beer's ,coke , Sprite ,cranberry juice, pineapple juice, tonic water 6 half gallon of Hennessy which was out in 2 hour or less, along with 14 other half gallon.about 20 cases of water as well.
With the amout of guest you all had, I had to call in another bartender just to keep up with the additional unexpected 100+guests to be served.
My staff poured champagne for all your guest. I am very sorry you feel as if we fell you in The service area of your wedding. When your contract say 200 you prepare for that number to be served with enough staff,not almost doubled. Thank you again.
