Look who i ran into at the Restaurant Warehouse this morning!! It's Luis Lista, owner of West Hartford where i learned everything I know about Weddings. This man is the epiphany of presentation excellence and I call him my Food Father. He is a creative genius, a perfectionist, an artist and passionate about his craft.
Glad see him still grinding and looking as young as he did 20 years ago ❤️

After spending nearly two decades in culinary management and event planning at some of Connecticut's most prestigious venues, I always over hear couples who are forced to postpone their wedding plans due to finances. A passion was ignited & I knew I had to do something!

The concept of Rustic Boutique Catering & Events was born out of a love and niche for turning our local parks, farms and pavilions into an affordable venue of your dreams.
