Had a great weekend in Emporium with Jeff and Sam. Sam did great with his brisket and ribs. Jeff rocked the wings. We also won pork, turkey and the sauce category. The Emporium chamber does a great job putting on this event. Served lots of BBQ and meet lots of people.

And for those more local to the Emporium, we are working with the Chamber of Commerce there to have my Original Gangsta rub available to purchase.

This weekend, we will be in Emporium PA for the All Fired Up and Kickin Ash BBQ competition. Saturday we will be competing and also serving up some BBQ to the public starting around noon for people's choice. If you're looking for something to do on a nice rainy day, come eat some BBQ.

Excited to enter the 2024 rubs of honor. I entered the Original Gangsta in all 4 categories for a chance at not only the individual category but an overall grand champion spot. I also entered another rub in the chicken category to test the waters. Results will be revealed at the end of October.
