Just picked up our new 288 Gallon offset smoker from looking forward to some long cooks on it!! They were professional the whole time, Always got back to me if I had a question and got as custom as I wanted. I would highly recommend them, Thank you for the bitchin build!

Had a great weekend with catering their two day wine club event & catering a beautiful wedding in Rescue, Ca. We ran the pits for over 26 hours and cooked a total of 34 briskets & 30 pork shoulders totaling over 700 pounds of meat for 535 guest. Big shoutout to our crew for making it happen & Thank you for having us!
