From her own lips: “Hello! I’m Kim, and currently finishing Collin College. I haven’t fully settled on where I’ll end up after graduation, but currently working on the end-of-the-year gallery show with alternative processing. I have two boys with special needs and a husband and we are in Greenville. I fell in love with cosplay photography thanks to school and Charlemagne is definitely someone who is in front of my lens the most, but excited to meet more people and learn all about their loves.”

Photographer Spotlight!

Bobby Hitt (he/him), aka Firebird Images, is a former concert photographer turned cosplay photographer based in the DFW area. After several years shooting concerts and other live performance, both solo and with his wife Kelly, Bobby was sidelined by a back injury. After his physical therapy and recovery, he began concentrating more on taking photos at local fan conventions. Ultimately, this became his primary focus, and he became a common fixture working with the cosplay community. He primarily works with existing light and on location, aiming for a more natural, grounded style.
