For over 30 years this roots artist has thrived and held firm off of his songs praising Rastafari and wowing crowd's Worldwide, it's Luciano! Fresh off his stellar performances on the Welcome to Jamrock Cruise and Jamaica's recent Intimate festival, we bring to our stage for the first time, Bugle! Originally from Germany via her Puerto Rican Roots, this female vocalist is always on point, whether it's her slew of amazing combinations with other artists or solo, it's the amazing Sarah Lugo!
