Please allow me to address our AMAZING fans. From our weekly regulars, to old friends, one-timers, and recommenders of our restaurant; THANK YOU!!

When we opened up here, nearly 5 years ago (holy crap 🤯), I believed in myself, but I never could have imagined the AMAZING support we have gotten from all of you! Every day is surreal, knowing my crazy ideas are enjoyed by so many people.

Let me tell you this: It has been a labor of LOVE. I've put everything into every item, slinging Brisket to anyone who will try it.

But it's not just me.

I could not have done it without my AWESOME staff. I have been SO LUCKY to be able to work among some of the most amazing people, while repping Rusty Pig as loudly as I have! So I also have to say THANK YOU to all of my staff, present and past! 👏

When I say "My employees are better than yours", it's not just that I mean it, IT'S TRUE.

So, with a happy but heavy heart, I have only one thing to say: Farewell to Pig, and I can't effing wait to open back up and take it to a new level!
