Our Summer Calendar is filling up fast! If you have an event you are hosting or a location that you want to book us for, please get in touch before we are fully booked! We are down to just a few open days a month at this point thru October. We are looking forward to Food truck season!

We will be firing up the SMOKER for New Year’s. If anyone would like Smoked Ham, Brisket, smoked prime rib or any other delicious meats for your Holiday dinner, let us know by December 26th. Pickup Orders December 30th.

We have taken some time off to welcome the new bundle of joy to our family.
