I am driven to provide bread and baked goods with the best ingredients I can source without the use of additives, preservatives or processed foods.

Many apologies, but I won’t be baking this Friday as planned. I’m headed to the funeral of a dear friend we worked with in Nepal. Although I know we will see him again in heaven we are gutted by this loss. Prayers appreciated for his wife and 2 kids who have lost a husband and dad all too soon. 💔💔💔

It is time to order for this Friday's bake! The specials this week are Raspberry Scones and Jalapeño Cheddar Bread. Instead of a sourdough this week I am going to bake the Jalapeño Cheddar Bread with the much loved Olive Oil Bread rather than peasant sourdough. Roasted Red Pepper Hummus is back!

Also this week I'll be making shortcakes for the perfect strawberry shortcake. Add your own strawberries and whipped cream for the perfect July dessert!

Please text or dm your orders to me by midnight Tuesday night. Orders will be ready for pick up Friday from 11am - 3pm.

The next bake will be August 1st!!!

We had a great time at the rib competition yesterday! Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Gettysburg Fire Department!

Due to the holiday this Friday I'll be baking THURSDAY this week. That means orders will need to be in by MONDAY night! Text or dm your order to me by midnight Monday night. Orders will be ready for pick up on Thursday from 11am-3pm. If you're unable to pick up during those hours, please let me know so we can make special arrangements.
