Gauging interest in having the smoker running the week of Thanksgiving…. I am thinking about opening up the smoker for 5-7 birds that would be smoked PRIOR to Thanksgiving. Price would be $25 per bird, you supply the turkey. Let me know if this interested anyone???

Stars are bright this morning…. Hickory is smelling amazing. 4.5 hours in, almost 5 actually and we are spritzing the briskets with a blend of 🍎 juice, Worcestershire sauce and a little secret of Smolderin’ Coles. Too bad we have t developed scratch and sniff here cause it’s soooooo good RN!

Getting towards the end of the smoke for Algona PD and the Cram family copped chicken and pulled pork dinner!

This morning my hearts heavy and thoughts are solemn. My brothers and sisters at MSCO have put together funds to cook a meat for the Cram family who lost their husband, dad and brother this week. Also cooking for my brothers and sisters in Algona PD, for their hearts are heavier than mine.
