Cooking big batches of taco meat at once, and then freezing them in 1-2 pound ziplocs, is a great time saver!

When you need taco meat, just take it out of the freezer and let it thaw. Reheat and use for tacos, nachos, or taco pasta! 🌮🌮🌮

I took the weekend off from cooking for a much-needed recharge! But…I’m thinking about what to offer this week!

Oh, and it’s amazing! A mix of recipes from my Granny and John’s mom. Nothing but the purest ingredients: milk, sugar, vanilla, butter, bananas, and Nilla wafers! 😍😍😍
