Oh, oh. Okay, so I’ve been in a TedTalk hole, and I was thinking…what would I do a TedTalk on when I’m given the opportunity (because obviously I’ll eventually be given one). After some thought, I’ve decided it would have to be small business tips and tricks.
I wouldn’t even need any time to put it together. I’d get the invite and show up ready to talk for an hour with no notes in hand since I have taken so many courses (we are talking thousands of dollars worth!! Shhhh... Don't tell my husband!!) and all of the first-hand experience I have had through 2 successful businesses and several not so successful businesses!!

Being a small business owner isn’t always easy. But I can’t imagine doing anything else in life! I love the moment I see the clients face when they see I have turned their vision into an actual party!! It’s the best!! Or to see a mamas face when her baby sees their party!! That’s freaking awesome! There’s no better or more rad feeling in the whole world!

✨Set them with your family!
Our family has a 1 year plan, 5 year plan, and a 10 year plan. We all do what we can to work towards those goals. And we all cheer each other on! And it’s genuine! When it’s for the good of the family and everyone knows why mom and dad have to work so hard, or why they have to do their fair share of household chores etc. No one minds helping out (usually lol 😂. There are some normal rebellious moments like all kids) but for the most part we all do our part’s because we are working towards a common goal even though dads day to day and maybe even yearly goals are different from mine. The end goals stay the same. It works for us!! We’d love to know if you try this method if it works for you. Let us know in the comments!!
