Speaking out about your experience isn’t easy. It comes with backlash, opinions, and a lot of noise.

And I’ve felt all of it.

To everyone who sent love, called, texted, and checked on me — thank you from the bottom of my heart. I see you. 🤍

To those saying this will “ruin my reputation” or that I should’ve stayed quiet — I hear you too.

But here’s what I know: If we don’t talk about it, nothing changes. And it will keep happening to other vendors.

This was a hard lesson.
I will not be naive again.
I will protect the business I’ve built for 20 years. That means stronger contracts, bigger deposits, and clearer boundaries. Because people’s jobs, families, and livelihoods depend on it.

I love this industry. I love my vendors. And I will keep doing what I do best — creating beautiful work with respect.

Coming out and voicing your experience comes with a lot.

I’ve seen the love, the support, the calls and messages checking on me. Thank you so much — I see every single one of you and I’m so grateful 🤍

I’ve also seen the criticism. People saying I’m “not professional” and that I should “think about my reputation.”

The truth is, speaking the truth isn’t easy. Sharing your experience is a risk. But if no one speaks up, it will keep happening over and over again.

I learned from this.
I love and respect all of my vendors and this industry.
I also learned that I can’t be naive. I have to be stronger.

Moving forward, I will be protecting my business even more. Updated contracts. Clearer clauses. Larger deposits. Because this is a business I’ve built for 2 decades with my team and family. And it matters.

Respect matters. Time matters. Livelihoods matter.

Thank you again to everyone who stood with me. I’ll keep showing up, creating beauty, and protecting what I’ve worked so hard for. 🤍
