I’ll begin taking orders for Galettes des Rois today. You can order them for pick up through Fat Tuesday. Cost is $35. FYI-Galette des Rois is a French king cake or ‘King’s Pie’. It’s flaky puff pastry filled with sweet almond frangipane, traditionally served during Epiphany. I’ll be making a limited number so order sooner rather than later. ⚜️💜💛💚👑 Happy Carnival Season everybody! 🐝❤️⚜️ 🐝

It’s been a super busy week but it all started with my Pokeno group on Monday night….and may I just say that this dessert was the power up that got me through the rest of the week. It was an orange chocolate marbled pavlova, filled with sweet cream and topped with an orange cranberry compote. Guys…it was lovely in every way. I don’t brag on myself much, but this was absolutely worth the act of vandalism which aided in its creation. (I sort of of ripped a page from the Food and Wine magazine at my doctor’s office😬 I didn’t have my phone and I knew I NEEDED it!) 🐝

UPDATE: All gone! Thanks guys, y’all are the best😘😘I have 8 loaves of focaccia that need a home…$15 each…Pick up in Dutc...
