The Chili is made with Brisket, Pulled Pork, Hamburger, Sausage & Beans. It's recipe is the one we do every year for the Red Cross

Pig in a Bag will smoke your 12 lbs to 16 lbs Turkey that you provide for $35 per bird. We will have it hot and ready for pickup on Thanksgiving . We will need your bird the weekend before frozen no need to taught it we will take care of everything. We are also offering side dishes Smoked Sirloin Roast Beef and Pork Loin.

We are set up here at Stolley Park for the Making Lemon AID event we will be open from 11:00 till 2:00 p.m. We will be serving up our amazing BBQ you can get it on Nachos, Sandwiches, Hotdogs and Loaded Mac & Cheese.

Grand Island we are open at our State Fair location in the Expo building out at Fonner Park. We will be running our State Fair menu Nachos, Sandwiches, Hotdogs, Tacos, along with our award-winning Peachy Pig.
Breakfast is also available biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwich, breakfast burritos and coffee

It's National Truck Driver Appreciation Week! Remember to thank a truck driver for all they do.

Today at the Nebraska State Fair is $12 lunch voucher day with admission. Stop by Pig in a Bag in the expo building and use your $12 food voucher on mix and match Strawberry Pig or the 2023 winner Peachy Pig. Normally $14 you will save $2 by using your food voucher with us. As always we have the cheapest drinks $3 sodas and waters.
