Hey, Babe!
Are you planning your wedding? Maybe a college graduation? Or even an end of summer party?
Well, it’s important to note that when planning these and any event really .. thinking ahead is necessary for you and your vendors.
Here’s some advice for booking your bartender:
✨ Start Early - Ideally 6-9 Months in Advance
- the best bartenders are in high demand, especially during peak event / wedding season which is typically May thru September! Start looking now for your 2025 vendors.
- consider your event date… does it fall on or close to a holiday? If so, we recommend booking 9-12 months in advance.
✨ Flexibility is Key
- if you’re planning an event with a shorter timeline, no worries! We got you covered, but please keep in mind if you are reaching out within 2 months of your event date, bartender availability, mobile bar rentals, and other signature add-ons may be limited. For the best level of service, we recommend contacting us (your bartender, duh) at minimum 3 months in advance.
✨ Does Your Bartender Offer The Services You Want?
- when considering your bartender, availability is only one of the important aspects to look into. You should consider what it is you would like to provide your guests and they experience they will have. Ask your bartender if they make specialty cocktails, where they source their ingredients, if they batch their cocktails or make them onsite, if they provide ice, water, and all the tools necessary for a successful event!
✨ Confirm & Finalize Details
- Once you’ve chosen us (😉) or any vendor, it should be your priority to finalize your reservation by placing your deposit to ensure you have your date reserved & secured! Nothing worse than putting off a confirmation, only to find out that your favorite vendor is no longer available!
In short, plan ahead & do your due diligence! You’ll thank yourself later. 🥳
