You know Busia always want to make your life easier so let this Busia cook your polish meal. Each meal will be fully cooked and ready to serve once you thaw out and heat.

Each polish meal includes:

1 tray of Golobki(12 pieces)
1/2 tray of pierogi (25 pieces)

1/2 tray of Kielbasa, 4-5 lbs, with
1/2 tray of Kapusta.

Loaf of rye bread and butter

You don’t have time to cook so let Busia do it for you.

New item also being put on the menu. Busia's Catering has added pasty’s to the grab and go menu. Each pasty is pre cooked and comes with two sides of beef gravy. They are filled with beef, pork, red skin potatoes, rutabaga, onion and a pad of butter. These must be thawed before cooking. To keep the crispness of the crust, you must take out of the container and bake at 15 minutes at 375°. Warm up gravy in microwave and pour over the pasty. It’s like you are in the upper peninsula without having the drive.

All Busia’s Catering grab and go meals are only $10. Grab several for your freezer. They stack up easily and everyone enjoys a home cooked meal without the hassle.

Soup and salad bar luncheon today. What a great idea! Soup of the day is broccoli cheese. Complete it with oyster crackers. Salad consists of three different choices: romaine mixed greens, and spinach. Different toppings include: ham, turkey, red pepper, red onion, mushrooms, cucumbers, pepperoni, tomatoes, grapes, bacon bits and croutons. Choice if dressing; 1000 island, ranch, Italian, French and balsamic vinaigrette.

Catering today! Pierogi are being fried up while golobki, kielbasa, and Kapusta are cooking. Remember, everything is made from scratch. Nothing is store bought! If you need trays of golobki, Kapusta, pierogi…just let me know and I can arrange a cash and carry. All cash and carry come with instructions how to bake. Everything is ready to go.
