1. What do you make?
We are a catering company specializing in a variety of foods. For the markets and events, we will offer steak or shrimp philly sandwiches, steak or shrimp fajita tacos. We will also have hot dogs, chips and drinks.

2. Why did you start your business?
I've always had a passion for cooking since I was a kid. As a young adult I began working in various restaurants. I realized after a while that I didn't want to work for the major companies anymore. So I worked hard to start up my own catering business with my wife. I also wanted to have something to leave for our children.

3. What is one thing you want your customers to know about you?
We treat our customers the way we want to be treated. Our business is about family and we strive to treat every customer as if they are part of our family. You will always get good, fresh food with hopefully the best service.✨
