Complete Weddings + Events is a National leading provider of Event and Wedding Photography, Videography, Lighting, DJ, Coordination, and Photo Booth. We perform at thousands of events annually nationwide. Currently Complete Weddings + Events in the Greater Michiana area is hiring:

Wedding Coordinator

We are looking for energetic, fun, and organized people for our coordination team in South Bend and surrounding areas. Experience is preferred in the wedding and event field; however, we will train the right candidates. We hire attitude first! We are a part of the most amazing days in peoples' lives, and we want to be the calm, the happy, and the fun!

Weddings are typically Friday- Sundays with the occasional weeknight. You can choose your availability if you are a current coordinator or work full time.

Pay ranges based on experience. Most weddings are on Saturdays and most shifts are 8-12 hours depending on the package selected by the client.

You will be responsible for 30 day out contact, contacting vendors, formulating a timeline, entering client data in the planning software, and coordinating the rehearsal and wedding day activities.

If you are self-driven, a team player, organized, detail oriented, outgoing, and friendly, you are a perfect fit for this position.

DJ (no experience or equipment needed)

The perfect candidate is awesome at life, motivated to learn, has good communication skills, and is not afraid to talk in front of a group of people. In addition to motivating a wide variety and age range of people to dance and have fun, a successful DJ must have excellent customer service skills, in addition to all parties we do, you will be performing for wedding receptions and working with a bride and groom on the biggest day of their lives, coordinating much of the reception.

This flexible part time job works well for the working professional, a college student, or someone wanting to put a little excitement in their life on the weekends. We supply all equipment and ON-GOING TRAINING!

We have an excellent training process that will make you a great DJ - you just need to take the first step. We require that you have graduated from high school, own a car, be available Saturday evenings, occasional Fridays & Sundays, and have a great personality.

We perform for wedding receptions, corporate events, schools, mitzvahs, Quinceanera's, class reunions, birthdays, grad parties, etc.
