This corporate partner got lucky today with our delicious St. Patty’s catering options! We served corned beef with a brown sugar-grainy mustard glaze, sautéed cabbage and onions, roasted potatoes and carrots and a green goddess chopped salad. We put a twist on the traditional Irish dishes that made their celebration unforgettable. We took care of the cooking so they could focus on enjoying the luck of the Irish with their colleagues.
