Excited to announce that the Grit Video Team has won 5 Telly Awards. Two for our work with Kubota Tractor Corporation including the prestigious People’s Telly Silver Winner, voted on by industry peers. This is the 45th Annual Telly Awards honoring excellence in video and television production and receives over 13,000 entries globally. Congratulations Team!

It is with great honor that Grit Productions and Expositions has been nominated for D Magazine CEO’s Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards 2024 in the category of In-Kind Services Supporter and is a finalist. Thank you, Boot Campaign, for the prestigious nomination. Seven years ago we began supporting their Santa Boots Program, now known as Seasons of Service Program, which benefits veteran and military families in need. Grit has a strong culture of giving back and Boot Campaign was a natural fit when introduced by our mutual friends at Foster+Fathom.

It was a record turnout for this year’s Texas Emergency Management Conference - the largest of its kind in the country! A privilege for Grit to lend a helping hand to our friends at Texas Division of Emergency Management since their work helps so many!🤠
The program features our capabilities in General Session production and as the General Services Contractor. Our graphic design team collabed with theirs for a cohesive show look and a welcoming Texas flare! Custom event experiences in the hall produced using Grit properties. The Grit Expo team did an awesome job managing the large freight and vehicles onsite!
When Grit executes all aspects of a corporate event or association conference count on streamlined communication between teams, cohesive look, one invoice, removal of layers, and a discount to boot!

🏅Another exhilarating WEC in the record books!🏅As a nod to this summer’s Olympic Trials we created the GRIT GAMES, where attendees competed in a series of fun challenges complete with a lively medal ceremony, all while learning about Grit!
🎥 As part of our Strategic Partnership with Meeting Professionals International - MPI we built-out and produced the WEC Louisville Digital Experience featuring daily live broadcasts from the show floor.
🇺🇸Our activation executed with Foster+Fathom encouraged attendees to participate in the “Pocket Flag Project” folding flags and writing letters of appreciation to soldiers then delivered to a local military base.
📐Our booth was designed & built using our Grit panels, furnishings, and LED. ⚜️

Our 2nd year to tackle a massive job at the ACM - Academy of Country Music Awards that happened last night in Frisco, Texas. We started moving in over a week ago with crews installing decor for a Red Carpet event, a huge amount of drape and the carpet for the entire show, 120 rolls to be exact! 😳

Part 2 of Coupa Inspire posting and a peek into the show floor. Designed with a hub & spoke model showcasing tiers of sponsor kiosks centered by Coupa’s management booth. An experiential Braindate space with glowing elements and mixed seating formats lent to spirited attendee engagement. An LED maze activation built using Grit LED and SEG walls. Interactive theatre on the floor. Sponsor Lounge with aesthetic greenery and foot massages. Community Corner featuring meeting space, demo stations, happy hour, DJ & giveaways. And so much more!

We love a grand entrance! Our 3rd year producing Coupa Inspire in Las Vegas and the clients wanted attendees to feel transformed entering the ARIA’s event space.⚡️
The Grit team designed 3 internally lit arches that changed from day-to-day, a custom Registration set featuring 11 Grit counters, dimensional branding, and window clings, and a 6’ tall logo build & other custom photo ops. The walk-in vibe was enhanced by a DJ in the foyer space setting the mood for each day of the event.

As the name suggests, TASBO 2024 Engage Conference was just that, a place for Texas Association of School Boards’ members, attendees, and exhibitors to engage with one another! Grit Expo built several custom areas on the show floor with engagement in mind including the interactive show management lounge, a classroom-style theatre, and more. All living within the colorful & dynamic setting of the Grit-designed show look, branding, and graphics. We can’t wait for 2025 Engage in Austin! 🤝

It’s been a chilly week in TX so we invited attendees at Southwest Showcase to “Cozy up to Grit.” We handed out a branded spiked hot cocoa amenity and one lucky attendee won a Bonfire!!🔥
One of the best moments was celebrating our client, Lisa Fall, CMP, after she accepted the award for Industry Professional of the Year. Well deserved!🏆

Recently we created a winter chalet experience on the show floor at International Association of Exhibitions & Events - IAEE Expo! Expo!, where we invited attendees to “Cozy up to Grit.”❄️
Using our own Grit Panels, LED, and custom event farm tables, counters & kiosks we designed areas that encouraged interaction and sparked conversation!
When designing this booth we wanted multiple activations that told the story of Grit Productions & Expositions: Our area featuring Boot Campaign, a Grit Video Editor working live on IAEE Expo! Expo! content, a fun gaming activity, a fireside chat lounge complete with a roaring LED fire, and of course pics with Santa!
Hopefully guests found this a cozy space to learn more about us. We loved hosting attendees and getting to know more about them! 💙

We’re excited to finally share this video produced by the Grit Video Team in Grit Studio, Grapevine, Texas.

The studio was transformed into a festive winter wonderland complete with live reindeer, snow machines, a vintage truck & sleigh, all featured in front of our 47’ curved LED wall.

2023 Gritmas Party is a wrap! This year we joined in with Boot Campaign for our holiday event to wrap presents for military families in need for their “Santa Boots” initiative, held at our facility. We’ve built a culture around giving back and so excited to participate!
