The Front door is in, bar top is on and one of the main accent walls is finished along with a list of other things. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter!

The cold weather has slowed our progress but the beautiful sunshine has us encouraged. Here are a few progress pictures and our steel siding will be delivered tomorrrow! Stay tuned!!!

We're excited to announce the opening of our new business, Black Walnut -Event Venue and
Storage. The venue is conveniently located at 292 NE 10 Ave.- Great Bend, KS. ½ mile East of 281
Hwy and Juco Road with Blacktop frontage and a short gravel road entrance. We look to
accommodate weddings for an easy one stop shop DIY weekend experience. Currently we are
building a 67'x84' event space coupled with a fully furnished house that sleeps 9 plus for the
wedding party and family. We look to start booking events mid spring of 2024. Feel free to
check out our project pictures as we continue to build your dream wedding location. As we move
closer to completion, we will set an open house date for everyone to come say hi and see the
venue. In the mean time if you are trying to plan a wedding or event in 2024, please call us to
book a preview and see if our accommodations will fit your needs. We also have a variety of sized storage sheds fully closed or just covered. Please call if you have any other questions as we look forward to serving you.
