Good morning my little crazies!!! It’s tip Thursday again.. Having the perfect desert layout is helpful for ensuring a great event. Adding different dimensions without overcrowding, but also having variety, appeals to almost any eye, and allows your guest an opportunity to mingle and enjoy multiple things. Try not to overwhelm your table with too many options but also knowing your crowd ensures for a great dessert bar. Adding centerpieces and using cloth linen and other accents add character which gives the wow factor. Dessert options are endless. When your ready to begin planning your next event, we will be glad to take the guest work out of planning.

But the time that it takes, the ingredients it takes, and the creative space and skill it takes. You wouldn't pay an architect the same as a laborer. Why? Because they have invested a great deal of effort, sacrifice, practice, education, just to name a few, to become experts in their craft. Tasty tip Friday
Here's a few tasty tips to get silky smooth sweet potato pie filling every time. You can thank me later
🍠bake your yams until soft to touch
🍠allow them to cool completely (cooling overnight is best)
🍠use room temp ingredients
🍠melt your butter
🍠use the wisk attachment to mix this helps remove the strings and then run it through a sieve ( mesh strainer) to get it smooth

Why, yes, I do all of this every time. & yes it's a tedious process but it's nothing worst than eating a stingy and lumpy pie for me.
