I shouldn't have to use social media to defend myself and my business. The current natural disaster and power outages are outside my control. After a client requested to proceed with their wedding without power, I refused, citing the absence of essential amenities like hot water, air conditioning, and heat, and issued a full refund, which should have settled the matter.

It's been noted that business owners are deemed unprofessional when they stand up against disrespect. Regarding the power outage, which is beyond my control, I'm willing to offer full refunds or reschedule events. I will not tolerate disrespect, simply because I'm a business owner.
