So you want to cook???
Here is a simple and quick dinner recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms, carrots and snap peas
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 cups cooked rice
Instructions:
1. In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 Tbsp of oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add onion and garlic and fry until onions are translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, and broccoli and cook until the vegetables are tender but still firm, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to medium and add soy sauce, ginger powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors have melded and everything is nicely coated in the sauce.
6. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice.
