Lillian told me tonight, my bows made her feel the magic of Christmas.

I felt my heart burst into a million pieces. It will always be the little things in life that sweep you off your feet and leave you feeling completely overwhelmed with gratitude.

The day I had Lillian, I remember holding her and telling myself to remember this moment. Remember, her smell, her little sounds and the way her tiny little body wiggled in my hands.

I needed that memory today. Where did time go? How is this even possible?
