Well after helping a buddy boil a few thousand pounds of crawfish yesterday decided to treat the family to a little chicken and home made smoked deer sausage gumbo today. It’s fun cooking for other people but sometimes the home team needs to eat too.

Had the pleasure of being part off a very special day Sunday for a wonderful couple who were celebrating the start of their new journey in life as husband and wife. It was an eventful day, started the morning in what looked like a hurricane, to having to change venues and start times, but in the end was a beautiful day once we got to start.
