La Dolce Vita Cookies I Worked for the Navy Exchange Resale System in Naples Italy and Rota Spain from 1974 to 1985. I am certified with the Federation of Italian Cooks.

I took a break and studied to be a Chef as well as freelance translating. I worked for the Department of Defense Air Force in Aviano Italy from 2000 to 2016. I cooked for the Air Force as an executive chef where I served the Air Base population as well as many distinguished visitors. I returned to the United States to become a Nonna. I was blessed to have worked for the Academy at Penguin Hall in

Wenham, MA as the Director of Dining Services before moving to Maine where my son is a firefighter for the town of Monson and my daughter in law teaches at the Guilford Elementary School. I worked as the General Manager of a Resort in the Moosehead Lake Region and decided to follow my dream of developing a travel agency - Vernian Travels and catering to the local population.
