💵 All transactions must go through Paypal and require a $100 deposit due at the time of booking and the remaining balance due upon arrival at your event. The final price of supplies and service is based on a rate of $50 per person unless otherwise indicated in the service listing. For most services, the minimum party size = 4 people and the maximum party size = 10 people.
🪑We suggest that you pr
ovide your own furniture for your party to save money. If needed, we can bring our own tables and chairs for an additional fee, depending on your party size and space available. Every participant needs a comfortable seat and a flat surface. At this time, we do not provide easels for any of our projects. If larger spaces or outdoor spaces are required for a project, that info will be listed in the description.
🧑🤝🧑Supplies and services will only be provided for the number of participants agreed upon at the time of booking. If your guest count increases, you should communicate this to us as soon as possible. If your guest count decreases, your remaining balance can be adjusted up to 48 hours prior to the event.
🎉All services are performed in the client's home/property. The host is responsible for all parking, catering, beverages, supplies, and services unrelated to the Guided Art Experience provided by our company.
💦 Even with protection, we don't recommend hosting an art party in a room with light carpets or other porous surfaces. Don't wear fancy clothes or shoes to the art party. We do provide drop cloths and other protective surfaces like newspaper and recycled products to cover tables when necessary. Participants should provide their own aprons, should they choose to use one. We are not responsible for stains, drips, or property damage due to the mishandling of art supplies by you or your guests.
👶If no alcohol is being served at your party, the minimum age of your participants is 18 years old. To get the most out of your experience, we ask that you strongly discourage your guests from bringing minors to your events and arrange for childcare if you have any children in the home during your Grownfolks Art event.
🍷🍺🍸While we want you to have a great time, we do not provide catering or beverage services. We don't mind if you stock your own cooler while we make art, but alcohol is never a requirement to have a good time. We will NOT participate in parties where minors are consuming alcohol. No exceptions. If we suspect that there are minors present/consuming alcohol, we reserve the right to cancel your party.
💀 If at any point we feel unsafe in your home due to the presence of drugs or weapons, we reserve the right to cancel your party. In these situations, refunds would be considered on a case-by-case basis.
⛽At this time, services are limited to Harrison, Hancock, and Jackson counties, Mississippi.
❌Cancellations:
Full refund of deposit if cancelled at least 10 days before your party. Partial refund (50%) if cancelled with a minimum 5 day notice, minus the cost of any special materials purchased/rented for your event. We unfortunately cannot refund any deposits within 5 days of your scheduled event. Events can be rescheduled in most cases, but not all, so if your situation changes, let us know ASAP.
