Good morning, Reko friends, I wanted to highlight some of the amazing dishes and veggies from the Indian subcontinent, which are eaten in households daily and rest of the world doesn’t know because it’s not chicken tikka masala😂
Loki or long bottle gourd
It has so much health benefits and is a vegetable of summer for a reason, because it reduces the heat in the body during summer. It can be made with yogurt, cooked with meat or have it as vegetarian bhaji or with yellow lentils, very traditional and yum😋
