She joined the Krew in spring 2024 while attending UT Tyler and has been shining ever since. Known for her smile, energy, and heart for her community, Jaelah goes above and beyond with every shift. Whether she’s keeping things organized during big events, making every customer feel like the only one in line, or earning the title of Smoothie Queen at their Christmas party, she’s truly one of a kind.

Respected by her coworkers, loved by her community, and dreaming big as she prepares for medical school, Jaelah is the perfect face to kick off this series. 🌟

After a devastating hurricane hit North Carolina, Brian Hawley from Kona Ice of McDowell & Yancey Co. knew his community needed more than just help—they needed hope.

So he showed up, serving volunteers and neighbors with care, one cup of shaved ice at a time. A small gesture in a time of great need, but one that meant the world to those around him. 💙
