Island_boy_chef_simms, jamaican born,have been cooking for over 15 years. While working at couples negril,Jamaica,he acquired his culinary education from George Brown Chef College ,Toronto Canada. After such time he worked as a chef with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship for 8 years,where he was inspired and earned a second culinary degree from Royal Culinary Academy at Sea. He specialize in cuisine

s such as : American,Italian,Caribbean,Indian,Cajun, Seafood,Soups,Soul and Mediterranean Cuisine. Carving fruits and vegetables with an elaborate presentation is also one of his strongest flairs.. "Cooking is an art and every meal i prepare,i put my love and heart into it. When am preparing a meal,i feel as though i am in another world,just me and my tools. I am very creative and never distinguish what my creation will look like until i am in the zone"
