Say It With Signs LLC is excited to help others celebrate upcoming events and special occasions! 1. Please do not move the signs once they are in place.

Factors like wind, slope and ground conditions may potentially change the original layout of your Yard Card Message.
2. If you need to mow, please do so BEFORE we install the message.
3. If there is a specific place in the lawn that you would like the message to be placed, please let me know at the time of booking. A quick picture via text is helpful to make your vision come to life. We will set u

p your Yard Card message as close to your requested start time. Depending on the area of the booking and safety concerns we will not install between dusk and dawn.
5. Please don't allow children to play near the signs unless supervised if you are taking pictures. The signs are weatherproof, but not 100% kid-proof! Booker is liable for damages or missing signs ( Up to $20 per piece)
6. Enjoy your signs! Take lots of photos and tag us. We can't wait to see how your surprise greeting makes your loved one feel!!
7. Reservations are solidified when payment has been recieved.
8. We will retrieve the yard cards after the reservation is over. And always remember, we appreciate your support!!
