The Ivy Room will serve as the grand entrance into our venue and will be the perfect space for more intimate events. Whether you're planning a rehearsal dinner, post-ceremony cocktail/mocktail hour, bridal shower, baby shower, family reunion, or a holiday party, The Ivy Room will offer a cozy yet elegant setting for every occasion.

The Grand Oaks Hall is designed for larger celebrations and will offer plenty of flexibility. Ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions, it will also be perfect for Celebrations of Life, conferences, galas, and other grand events. Whatever you're celebrating, The Grand Oaks Hall will provide a stunning backdrop for all your unforgettable moments.

The Bridal Suite will be located within the main venue until Phase 2 of construction is completed, which includes the addition of the Bridal Cottage. Once that’s finished, the current bridal suite will be transformed into a space for vendors, venue staff, and additional storage.

The Bar Area and Covered Porch will serve as event overflow spaces, providing guests with an additional area to mingle. They’ll also be perfect spots for a cocktail/mocktail hour!

Please note: We will not be accepting bookings until building construction begins. However, we do have a waiting list for couples planning weddings in 2026 who have requested our pricing details.

We are overwhelmed by all the support, enthusiasm and interest of the community after we revealed our venue concept last week (in a good way☺️)! We have had several inquiries already about booking and/or venue prices.

If you are interested in booking an event in late 2025-2026 or later, please feel free to message us. We are keeping a running list of ppl to contact (in order that names are received) once we start accepting bookings.

Also, we plan to be transparent with our pricing and will post package prices once we have those set in stone.

Wedding & special event venue, coming to Breckinridge County, KY!

Our preliminary drawings are here! 🤍

We did decide to remove the 2nd floor bridal suite due to ADA requirements for an elevator or lift. HOWEVER, we are now planning a separate bridal cottage WITH AN EN-SUITE 🤩

Again, these are only preliminary and still have to go through many hands before we can even submit these to the state for approval. I’m certain there will be some changes along the way but we wanted to share our overall vision with the community!

We promise, it will be worth the wait…🤍

Hello all! We are still waiting on the harvest but are in the thick of planning all the beautiful details of our venue! I can’t wait to share our concept with you, hopefully very soon! 🤍

In the meantime, I’m trying to assess the community need for a commercial kitchen. I envision this to be a space available for up and coming food businesses and food trucks that are in need of a commercial kitchen. My goal is to create a kitchen to incubate new businesses and grow existing businesses. The kitchen would be available to rent daily (M-Th), hourly and for events!

If the interest is minimal we may decide to opt for a warming kitchen instead. This would still be a full kitchen. The difference is that you won’t be able to cook meals in the kitchen but you will be able to use it for the catering of events (the food is prepared offsite).

What are your thoughts? Is there a need for a commercial kitchen?
