✨Emily & Connor's intimate wedding was filled w/ love, laughter & sweet details.

For their wedding cake, they chose a 🍋 Lemon Cake w/ Champagne Buttercream & Sugared Blueberries — the perfect ending to a beautiful celebration. 💛

It was an honor to be part of such a joyful day at Historic Ashland !

🍢 Guests at Deb & Frank's June Wedding Cocktail Hour had a fun food lineup with great summer options!

Guests enjoyed a Chef-Attended Kabob Station featuring:
~ Grilled Bulgogi Sirloin Tips w/ Green Bell Peppers, Mushrooms & Yukon Potatoes
~ Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs w/ Grilled Pineapple, Seasoned Zucchini & Red Onion🍍
~ Lemon-Garlic Shrimp Kabobs w/ Summer Squash & Onion
~ Honey-Dijon Marinated Veggie Kabobs w/ Cherry Tomatoes, Zucchini, Bell Pepper, Mushrooms & Red Onion

Butlered Hors D’oeuvres made their rounds, including:
~ Lemongrass-Smoked Chicken Pot Sticker w/ Sweet Chili Vinaigrette
~ El Pastor Taco w/ Marinated Pork Shoulder, Grilled Pineapple & Cilantro-Chive Crème Fraiche
~ Berry Caprese Skewer w/ Blueberry Balsamic Reduction
~ Philadelphia Egg Roll w/ Peppadew-Pale Ale Cheese Sauce
~ Smoked Shrimp & Mango Ceviche w/ Sweet Chili-Scallion Chutney

🍦Don't even get us started on desert! In additional to a Milkshake Shack with all of mix in's; they had a SWEET lineup of petites:

✨ Chelsea & Steve’s July celebration was packed with flavor!

🍽 Cocktail Hour featured a Chef-attended Pierogi Station with fresh herbs, Smoked Gouda, and Classic Sauerkraut Pierogis

Passed bites included Deviled Eggs with Crispy Prosciutto, Berry Caprese Skewers, Beef Brisket Sliders with Honeycrisp Apple Slaw, Bourbon BBQ Meatballs w/ Tourched Pineapple, and Jumbo Shrimp with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce

🌿 Dinner Reception started with Warm Rosemary Focaccia with Whipped Raspberry-Lemon Butter, with a served Summer Berry Salad with Chevre and Almond Granola

Entrées included the choice between: Tender Sous Vide Filet w/ Peppercorn Cream, Macadamia Encrusted Chicken w/ Cognac Crème, or a Vibrant Vegetarian Paella.

Entrees were served alongside Candied Garlic Fingerling Potatoes & Honey-glazed Baby Carrots

After a dessert station of assorted Sweet Petites, the evening ended with a Late Night Pretzel Station w/ Pale Ale Peppadew Cheese Sauce &Assorted Artisanal Mustards. 🥨

On June 15th, Sydney & Drew welcomed guests to with a cocktail hour as thoughtful as it was flavorful. ✨

Passed hors d’oeuvres included Philly cheesesteak eggrolls with peppadew-pale ale cheese sauce, smoked shrimp & mango ceviche with candied jalapeño, and a nostalgic nod to Penn State with our take on the beloved Pokey Stix.

Guests mingled and sipped while enjoying a beautifully curated bruschetta station—complete with traditional tomato and Greek-inspired toppings, artfully served alongside toasted baguettes and crudités.

A stunning start to an unforgettable evening.

A perfect summer celebration for Ashley & Matt 💛
July 5th brought sunshine, strawberry mojitos, and one very delicious menu. From bacon-wrapped shrimp and grilled cheese shooters during cocktail hour to a dinner spread of garlic herb flank steak and smoked lemon chicken, every bite was a favorite.
