We’re not sure what the issue was but we’re working to try and sort it out! Effective immediately:

If you allow animals, food, drinks, smoking, silly string and/or fireworks in or on any of the inflatable units you will be charged an additional $100. These areas are covered in our contracts and we have been lenient thus far, however, these specific issues affect cleaning, sanitizing, and quality of the equipment.

Any other damages such as but not limited to:

punctures, holes, chew marks, bullet holes etc you will be responsible for repair costs or replacement if it cannot be fixed. This is also covered in our contract agreements.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we strive to provide the best and we like to keep our equipment as sanitary as possible. Please read the contract agreement carefully before initialing and signing as these protocols will be strictly enforced from here on out.

New units just got here today, unfortunately the weather won’t cooperate so we will have to set them up another time for pictures!
