Late post:

We did it again, Dad!!
Saturday was a huge day for us as we had 2 caterings, preparing dinner for a total of around 500 people!! Some of us traveled to Buffalo Gap and some traveled down the road to Anson. It definitely took ALL of us to pull these 2 caterings off. We laughed and we cried and the words " Dad didn't do it that way" were spoken numerous times!! I'm sure Dad was looking down on us laughing seeing that we may have been struggling just a bit! We all hoped that our cooking was just as good as his and we made Dad so proud!! We sure miss the heck out of him, it's definitely not the same but we can't wait until we see him again!! ❤️😢
And to the newlyweds, Rodriquez Catering wishes you a lifetime of happiness!!

Well Dad, we did it, our 1st catering without you here man 😢 I hope we made you proud!! It wasn't easy but together we got it done. If the hot sauce is good, I made it! If the food is salty, Teresa made it!! 😂 We miss the heck out of you, Dad! Keep watching over all of us!! ❤️
