As I catch up on a few more hours of sleep after finishing a long stretch of two county fairs and one more event before I take a little break. And… as Udderly Delicious nears its 4th year in bussiness. I can’t help but, sit here with tears in my eyes beyond grateful for the overwhelming success that you all have given me over these 4 years. Our business just keeps growing and growing. I know I’ve said this many times before but, when I went into this 4 years ago, I had no idea how it would fly. I never dreamed in a million years it would turn into what it has. But it’s not just the food that I enjoy seeing putting smiles on the faces. It’s also the friendships I’ve gained over the years. Some of them are are other food trailers owners, some are clients. Some are people who walked up to my window as total strangers, and now are repeat friends/customers who follow me religiously.
I also can’t thank my side kick and daughter Krystina enough for all her help/advice that she gives me. Even though her new job doesn’t allow her to be with me as much as before. I treasure the time she is with me and things flow so much more smoother when she is. She always knows what I’m thinking wo me even have to say it. I thank my youngest Sophia for letting me vent to her on the phone when I’m udderly exhausted even, though she is to far away to help these days. I thank my husband/Rick for all the times you fill in usually at the last minute, even though you may not want to. And the grocery runs you and Krystina do when I can’t. He is also getting better at learning all the coffee lingo! Lol. I love you all more than you can imagine. But most of all this would not be possible without the endless support all of you. And for that, I can’t thank you all enough. A big Udderly Delicious ❤️ to all of you! Happy Birthday Udderly Delicious!!! 🎂🍰🎉
