I hear the frustration in our community with the amount of development that has already broken ground. It is hard to understand the full scope of all the proposed and current individual developments. The development in this area has been planned for, probably before any of the current City or County Council were elected. The big question is if it is in the city’s best interest to annex or let them incorporate into a new city all together?

A developer wants to create a new community of homes, shopping and amenities on 4,000 acres northeast of Heber.
