Consider this your official notice: pumpkin season is ON. If you wait too long, you’ll be stuck with the sad grocery store pumpkins that look like they regret their life choices. 😅 Message me to claim the real deal! 🧡

Got to harvest a few pumpkins this morning before the rain came pouring down. 🍂 The cool weather has us all itching for fall—and John and I couldn’t resist, we went ahead and started cutting them. 🎃✨

There’s already been pre-made orders.

Thank you for your support!!

This cooler weather has got everyone ready to decorate with pumpkins so I wanted to give an update on what we have growing right now. There are still some not pictured but this is a good idea of what we have. Still some other stackers. I am going to try and have some picked for this weekend and hopefully have our old truck to display them on for you! Thank-you for all the excitement and support we have got through texts and messages!
Please share! :)

🍂 To the women who feel it too… ✨

You know who you are—the ones already giddy for the cozy months ahead. The ones who light a candle just to hear it crackle, who treasure golden sunsets and evenings wrapped in a blanket, who can’t wait for the slow days when the air finally shifts and the fire draws the family close.

But here’s the truth… these months come and go so quickly. One minute it’s September, the next the new year has already swept us away.

So how do we capture them? How do we savor them? I broke down each month to help me embrace my favorite time of the year.

1. September – Prepare. Let the slower evenings and cooler mornings ease me into this season. Light a candle, take more walks, notice the shift.
2. October – Delight. Chase golden hour sunsets, sip something warm, soak in all the color and beauty before it fades.
3. November – Gather. Keep it simple—good food, family around the table, and gratitude written on my heart.
4. December – Breathe. Instead of rushing through, pause. Look for joy tucked between the busy moments, choose wonder over worry.
5. All season long – Remember. These months only come once a year. Live them slowly, live them fully.

Pumpkins are looking good! We will definitely have some pumpkins ready first of September! Eeek!

You should’ve heard them when they saw the pumpkins…
Then later when my son tells me multiple times- I sure do love that WE are growing pumpkins.
The way wonder pulls our hearts close. The way home becomes the safest place to land.
No rushing, no plans, just connection….right here in the middle of an ordinary evening.

In one short month now look at how you can’t even walk down the rows. Oh Fall I feel you approaching. Help us to enjoy everyday and soak up these precious days.

After all the rain lately, we finally have a break in the weather—and today’s the day we’re getting our pumpkin seeds in the ground! 🌱🎃

We’re out here tilling and prepping the soil, and I’m especially excited about what we’re planting this year. I went back to the favorites from our very first season—lots of stackers (you know the ones!), giant pumpkins for yard decor, mini whites, and a few fun decorative varieties to keep things playful and pretty.

I’m also switching up how I grow my flowers this year—intentionally planting with photo sessions in mind. I want the garden to feel like a little dreamland for mamas and their littles to be captured in.

It’s a labor of love, but one that grounds me deeply.
Here’s to new seeds, soft soil, and slow beauty. 🌾✨

Every May, as if on cue, the wild roses return to the side of the road by our farm—unruly, delicate, and impossibly beautiful. They’re not planted or pruned, yet they thrive with a kind of quiet defiance, spilling over fence posts and tangling through the grass like a living memory. Their blooms range from the softest blush to a deep, joyful pink, clustered together as if they’ve gathered to celebrate the season.

There’s something sacred about them—the way they arrive each spring with no need for fanfare, just the sun, a little rain, and time. They remind me that beauty doesn’t have to be planned or perfect. Sometimes, it just shows up, year after year, growing in the most unexpected places, and asking nothing in return but to be noticed.

These roadside roses are a gentle kind of miracle, and every jar I fill with them feels like a hymn to home, to simplicity, and to the grace that grows when we least expect it.

Lately, the days feel heavy.
The kind of heavy that makes your heart ache in places you can’t explain.
I’ve been missing sunshine, laughter, dirt under my nails, and the sound of my kids playing outside.
Missing me, really.

But I keep reminding myself…
Summer is coming.
Flowers will bloom again.
I’ll be barefoot in the garden,
surrounded by giggles and growing things.
And I’ll remember that I’m still here.
Still needed.
Still loved.

Hold on, friend.
The joy is coming.

My first you pick event with ladies from my church. It was so fun hearing their excitement when they cut their favorite flowers and then watching them create a beautiful arrangement to take home.
