The Farm on Old State Road Kramer Farms is a working farm in Henryville, Indiana located approximately 3 miles off of I-65. (Additional fee)

Total cost is $3300.

Your rental will also include the use of:
-The Farm on Old State Road for your engagement photo session.
-The Bride’s Parlour for the bride to get dressed.
-Rustic decorations, Venue Rental Details

If you choose to have your event on our farm, you will be renting our large barn and adjoining paddock. The paddock can be used for additional table seating, game area, bonfire pit, etc. We want you

to have plenty of time to create the perfect setting for your special day, so we provide you with access to the property from Friday-Sunday for rehearsals, rehearsal dinner, decorating, cleanup, etc. centerpieces, barn wood wedding backdrop, etc.
-His and Hers portapotties and wash stations (The bridal party has access to the bathroom facilities in the Bridal Parlour).
-Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. If you need more, we will reserve and arrange for delivery of additional tables and chairs at 1.65/chair and $9/ table plus delivery fee from Party Central (this is Party Central’s cost). You may also use our white tablecloths and white chair covers for the seating for 100 at no extra charge.
-Food Prep area.
-Any/all of our games (oversized wedding jenga, tic tac toe, connect four, checkers, spinner game, washers, wedding co****le, horseshoes, volleyball, bucket beer pong, etc). We also have games for children if you’d like to set up a kids area. Most of the games are set up on big wooden spools or pallets.
-Bonfire pit (weather permitting)
-You may bring your own food and/or hire your own caterer
-You may bring your own beverages and/or hire your own bartender
-Arrival and departure for bridal party on horse drawn wagon (up to 8 people). Horse/wagon rides for guests for 2 hours following the ceremony. There is a $1000 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date. The remaining $2300 and a $500 security deposit is due 60 days prior to your event. The security deposit will be refunded after the facility is inspected after the event. There will be no refunds for cancellation within 60 days prior to the event. Horse and Wagon Add-on Option:
Arrival and departure for bridal party on horse drawn wagon (up to 8 people). Horse/wagon rides for guests for 2 hours following the ceremony. $500

Note:
Property must be vacated by midnight on the night of the event
Property must be vacated by 10pm on the night of the rehearsal
No children under 12 are permitted on the property except for during the rehearsal and event
Clean up must be completed by 3pm on Sunday
Event insurance is required

We are offering a huge special on our barn wedding venue in Henryville for May 17, 2025 and May 31, 2025! Only $2950 for our venue on those dates ONLY. AND you get access on Friday for setup, Saturday for the ceremony/reception, and you can clean up Sunday. All of this at no extra charge! Contact us ASAP… these dates won’t last at this price!

-Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. If you need more, we can help you secure additional tables and chairs.
-Our white tablecloths and white chair covers for the seating for 100 at no extra charge.
-Food Prep area.
-Any/all of our outdoor games

We have an unexpected opening for a beautiful fall wedding on October 12, 2024. $3300 includes access to the venue on Friday for set up, Saturday for the ceremony, and Sunday for cleanup. It includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, table runners, chair covers, outdoor games, bonfire, pit, etc.. We are also booking for 2025 weddings at this time.
