That's So Extra -Event Venue & Rentals is thrilled to announce its grand opening and is now booking events for 2025. We are currently offering several special promotions.

For details, please refer to the information below.

⭐️ (8 Hour Rental) $425.00 standard tables & 42 standard folding chair.

⭐️ (8 Hour Rental) $575.00 with standard tables & 42 Chiavari Chairs.

Please note that a $75 cleaning fee applies in addition to the price. However it’s refundable if the building is left in its original condition.

Any additional rentals rented directly from That’s So Extra will be offered at half off our off-site prices!

Our venue has a max-capacity of 42 people.
