Join us at the Outlaw Arena for our Monthly Gymkhanas! We currently have 2 per month, one hosted by the Huachuca Saddle Club and one by Al's Horse Academy! Both series are buckle series with 4 events at each competition: the barrel and pole pattern followed by 2 other events to be determined.

If you are planning to attend any events at the Outlaw Arena, please review this post containing the rules and regulations. The most important rules will be listed below but this does not mean the others are to be ignored!

-All riders under 18 MUST wear a helmet
-Unless in the arena horse need to remain at a walk
-No tying horses to the arena fence
-Absolutely NO HORSES in spectator section

It's the moment you've all been waiting for!!

The Outlaw Arena is going to be officially open February 1st, and we want you all there to join us! Get to know the Outlaw Arena Team and see our plans and blueprints for the next phases of the Outlaw Arena!
The event will be held in the Outlaw Arena (8191 E Barataria Boulevard) at 3pm! We will have signs up to direct everyone to the arena!

The Outlaw Arena is on the way! We have been excitedly waiting for the arrival of our panels and finally on the 21st they were picked up! Our team has begun building the arena fence and after a long hot winter afternoon, 20 of the panels and poles are in the ground making us officially ⅓ of the way there!

What’s an arena without panels? You or your business can now be part of the journey to turning this plot of sand into the first phase of the Outlaw Arena! The Outlaw Arena is to be built with Heavy Duty Steel Mustang Panels from 7 Peaks Fencing. Whether you buy 1 or all 62 panels, the smallest contribution helps.

Every panel you or your business purchases will have a plaque with the desired sponsor name. Depending on the number of panels purchased, your company could have banners hung on the arena to advertise your business in exchange for your gracious support. !!*UPDATE 1: 11/21/2024*!!

The Outlaw Arena is officially in development! Being located in Southern Arizona there are advantages and challenges while our team works on the beginnings of this arena. One of the biggest challenges was clearing the land of mesquite trees from root to branch. What was once a field of weeds and pesky trees is now a cleared plot with space for the 150 x 250 foot arena, that’s 50 feet longer than the South Point Equestrian Center in Las Vegas!

While the trees were a challenge, we are still more than grateful for our location! Being in an ancient wash bed the ground is already deep with sand allowing us more ease in bringing in supplemental material to ensure the footing of our arena is safe for any horse and rider no matter the speed or discipline.

The Outlaw arena is a vision come to life! Located in Hereford, Arizona the Outlaw arena is in its beginning stages of becoming a community arena and event venue. Originally, the Outlaw Arena, owned by Al Armenta, was to be part of a 5-year plan that began in 2030, but under new circumstances Mr. Armenta has decided to expedite the creation of the arena. As of February 2025, the Outlaw Arena will be ready to begin hosting equestrian events for our ever-growing community!
