Christmas dinner is served! From our family to yours Merry Christmas! We took this beautiful Prime Rib used as a binder then coated it using some Beef rub and Garlic Jalapeno Rub. Finished it off with a touch of some . Smoked this to a perfect medium rare, let it rest, sliced and served! The queen ( )whipped up some awesome sides.

Another great catering in The Grove today! Served up some Smoked brisket as the Rebels smoked the Aggies. And SEC NATION was in town. To which my wife says we need to get your food in front of ! I thought nothing of it but as you can see she made it happen! And thank you to the precious special needs young man screaming for Tebow to come try the brisket! This young man lit up my morning! And to see him get to interact with Tebow was amazing! we hope you enjoyed the brisket sir it was a true honor! Who know maybe we will get to serve next!

Let me tell you!!!!! Today I had the great opportunity to compete in the Patio Porker's on Beale a KCBS sanctioned event. It was a great atmosphere to compete on Beale Street! On somewhat of home turf for me. A great weekend, surround by great people, a great friend/mentor, my wife and oldest daughter, my dad, my aunt and uncle, and my boy !
Y’all I took home 1st place in the backyard ribs! My boy I’m so honored to compete along side you!
I’m so thankful to all those who have given me tips and tricks. To , Weez, for putting on the backyard bootcamp! To Jason Cottingham, , , , , , and Darin McDonald! Thank you to each of you!!!

Man O Man our officially sanctioned event! We traveled down to Florence, AL for Smoke On the Water KCBS Backyard! We gave it everything we had! And turned out better than we expected! Out of 37 teams we pulled off a 10th place overall! 5th place ribs! 10th placed Chicken! 18th in pork. And a 12th place finish in ! Thank you to those that have mentored us
We hit them with that JDQ Trauma Hog connection! And finished our ribs and pork off with awesome sauce! And our chicken and Turkey we used a bit of ! Shout out to all these amazing companies producing great products hope to make y’all proud! This weekend we made us proud!! Now on to Patio Porkers on Beale!!!
