When I say I’ve been taught by the best, I really mean it! Aunt PoPo, aka Florence Dixon, has been known for her beautiful cakes and cookies- she specialized in wedding cakes and birthday cakes before she retired. Many weekends I sat at her kitchen table or bar practicing piping techniques and smoothing icing. I am grateful for her guidance and help this holiday season!
