Y'all I had no idea this was in my box!
I actually completed two big things in the company last year, and these were my awards for doing so.
We can't have our normal ceremony so we are doing it online, so they mailed them out to us. PIVOT!

So now I kinda get how the seniors feel to work hard to reach your goal and not get the norm recognition for it.

Is it ideal? No it's not.
Does it make me a little sad?
Sure it does.
Will it make me bitter or better....I choose better!
You know why? Because I hit that goal, I pushed, I made it, I didn't give up, and I will reap the reward whether I walk across a stage or not!!
