Hello, I’m Heidi, the founder of Cheesecake Paradise, established in March 2023. As a dental assistant by day and a passionate baker by night, I embarked on this sweet journey to support my family’s needs and my son’s private education. Inspired by my love for tropical beaches and my time in Orange County, California, I wanted to create a dessert business that felt like a slice of paradise.

With the support of my husband, Gerald, I began by sharing my homemade cheesecakes with friends and family at church. Word quickly spread, and soon I was baking over 25 cheesecakes a week from my licensed kitchen at home. My mission is to provide Oregon with delicious, scratch-made cheesecakes and desserts and eventually expand nationwide.
